Director of Sales (Remote B2B) The Mission Chris Collins Inc. is not a "training company." We are an elite automotive coaching firm that transforms struggling service departments into profit powerhouses. We are looking for a Sales Manager. A tactical leader who doesn't just "manage" a team, but builds a high performance sales machine. You will lead a remote team of Client Acquisition Sales Managers. Your goal isn't just to monitor activity; it’s to master our sales psychology, coach our reps to become consultants, and scale our impact across the automotive industry. This Role Is For You If:

  • You are a "Sales Architect": You love building playbooks, auditing CRM data, and finding the "leak" in a sales funnel.
  • You are a Master Coach: You have a "film room" mentality. You enjoy reviewing recorded calls and role-playing objections to sharpen your team’s skills.
  • You understand the "Fixed Ops" World: You know that a Dealership Principal cares about Effective Labor Rate and Net Profit, and you can coach your team to speak that language.
  • You believe in high accountability and high rewards.
What You Will Do:
  • Pipeline Management: Audit the CRM daily to ensure no lead is left behind and the forecast is accurate.
  • Team Development: Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and daily Role Play calls to maintain momentum.
  • Script & Playbook Evolution: Refine our sales messaging to stay ahead of industry trends and dealer pain points.
  • Closing Support: Step into high-level negotiations to help your reps close accounts when necessary.
  • Reporting: Report directly to executive leadership on KPIs: Conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and team quota attainment.

MUST HAVE:

5+ Years of B2B Sales Management: Specifically in high-ticket consulting, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Remote Leadership Mastery: Proven experience managing a distributed team across different time zones.
  • Data Literacy: You must be able to tell a story using sales data, not just "feelings."
  • The Challenger Mindset: You are familiar with consultative sales methodologies and can teach them to others.
